This fixed term part time role (3 days per week) involves screening referrals, determining eligibility and prioritising care under established guidelines, with a focus on multidisciplinary rehabilitation.
Candidates from Allied Health disciplines such as Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology are encouraged to apply.
