Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and supportServiceNow IRM/GRCmodules, including Risk, Policy & Compliance, and Audit.
Translate regulatory frameworks into automated controls, dashboards, KPIs, and compliance processes.
Collaborate with IT, Risk, Audit, and Security teams to deliver enterprise GRC solutions.
Maintain ServiceNow platform upgrades, integrations, and alignment withCMDB/CSDM.
