About the Role

Senior Catering Attendant (Flight Checker) who ensures safety, quality and presentation of in‐flight meals before handover to Customer Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct final checks against flight documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Validate that airline carts and equipment are correctly packed and aligned with customer expectations and dnata standards and compliance.
- Complete documentation and rectify any discrepancies or shortages promptly.
- Work closely with the production team and communicate clearly with Customer Delivery staff during handover.
- Apply and promote food safety, HALAL requirements, HACCP, WHS, and quarantine compliance at all times.
- Support a culture of care, safety, and service excellence, ensuring passengers receive food that is safe, well‐presented and worthy of our name.

Qualifications

- Experience in airline catering or high‐volume food production is ideal.




- Sharp eye for detail and strong commitment to doing things right the first time.
- Physically capable of working in a chilled setting.
- Strong communication skills and commitment to safe food handling practices.
