Early Childhood Teacher (Full-Time) – New Lambton, NSW

Busy Bees is a leading global early learning provider offering high‐quality education in nurturing, purpose‐built centres. We're seeking an Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at New Lambton (2634 Nelson Bay Road, Salt Ash NSW 2318) on a full‐time basis.

Responsibilities

- Deliver high‐quality educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Create engaging, play‐based learning experiences that support each child's development
- Build robust, respectful relationships with children and families
- Collaborate with educators to maintain a positive and reflective team culture
- Support the service to meet and exceed the National Quality Framework (NQF)
- Contribute to curriculum planning, observations, and documentation

Qualifications

- A genuine commitment to child safety, speaking up, and alignment with Busy Bees values
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA‐approved equivalent)
- Current Teacher Accreditation/Registration for NSW or ability to obtain one
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Experience working as an Early Childhood Teacher within Australia is highly regarded




- Current Working with Children Check for NSW
- A genuine passion for child‐led learning and ongoing professional growth
