About the Role

As the Organisational Development Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering and continuously improving core people initiatives across the ABC. This role is heavily focused on project management bringing structure, coordination and momentum to enterprise-wide OD programs and annual people cycles.

You’ll lead the delivery of initiatives including engagement surveys, performance appraisals, recognition programs and broader people and culture projects, while helping embed the ABC Values into the way these initiatives are designed and experienced across the organisation.

This is a great prospect for someone who enjoys managing projects, improving processes and working collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders to create positive employee experiences.

You will:

- Deliver key enterprise-wide OD programs and annual people initiatives
- Manage project plans, timelines and delivery milestones
- Coordinate engagement surveys, performance and goals processes, and recognition initiatives
- Partner with leaders, People & Culture teams and external providers
- Prepare reports, dashboards and insights for stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools and employee experience
- Support initiatives that strengthen culture, engagement and alignment to ABC Values

You’re organised, proactive and enjoy working with a range of stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes. You’re comfortable managing multiple moving pieces at once and have a continuous improvement mindset that helps you identify smarter and more effective ways of working.

You’ll bring:

- Experience delivering organisation-wide projects and initiatives
- Strong project management and coordination capability
- The ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a complex environment
- Well-developed stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
- Experience using data, feedback and insights to support continuous improvement
