Fair Ways is recruiting for a Senior Support Worker to lead a team in our residential children's home on the South Coast. The role focuses on developing independent living skills within a therapeutic workplace and supporting transitions into long-term foster care.

We require a candidate with experience with children/young people, safeguarding knowledge, and a qualification such as NVQ Level 3 in Childcare. DBS checks and right-to-work in the UK are essential.
