Auto Parts Group (APG) is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Team Leader to head the Dispatch team (PM shift) at our Dandenong South Distribution centre. You will drive daily operations, ensure accurate order picking, packing and on-time dispatch, and promote safety and teamwork.
You will lead by example, develop team capabilities, and coordinate with Warehouse managers on operational issues. A positive understanding of ERP-style processes and strong organisational/communication skills are essential.
