Synergy Pipelines & Plumbing is a growing civil contractor delivering drainage and pipeline works across the Mackay region. We’re looking for an experienced Drainage Leading Hand / Supervisor to run crews in office and drive safe, efficient delivery to spec.

? What you’ll be doing

- Take ownership of day-to-day site operations and crew output
- Lead a strong safety culture and keep compliance tight
- Interpret plans/specs for underground services and drainage works
- Supervise excavation, pipe laying, backfilling, and box culverts
- Work to short-term programs and drive productivity and quality




- Manage in-field communication with crew, subcontractors and clients
- Maintain accurate daily records, dayworks and variations

? What we’re looking for You’ll be a strong fit if you have:

- Proven experience as a Leading Hand / Supervisor in civil drainage/pipelines
- Strong understanding of drawings, set-out and levels (laser/dumpy & staff)
- Experience working with trench support/shoring systems
- Solid communication and record keeping (daily dockets, variations, dayworks)
- White Card + current Driver’s Licence (essential)
- Confidence leading a crew and coordinating site activities
