About You
Proven high level trade skills maintaining HVAC systems in a complex health facility (or similar).
Ability to prioritise works, projects, timeframes and manage costs, make responsible and accurate recommendations and produce an effective work output in terms of both quality and quantity without supervision.
Ability to provide trade guidance and assistance as part of a work team, including training and mentoring apprentices.
Ability to work effectively and safely as a member of a team or individually, and experience managing service contractors and/or interacting, communicating, and negotiating effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Possess a sound knowledge of.
or have the ability to acquire a sound knowledge of, applicable legislation and Australian Standards.
Mandatory Requirements
Possession of a Queensland recognised Carpentry & Joinery Trade Qualification and a General Construction Induction Card (White Card).
Vaccinated against, and remain vaccinated against, certain vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO. *
