The Role You'll manage a tidy,



systemised residential portfolio with excellent backend support, allowing you to focus on quality service rather than volume.
Your responsibilities will include:
End-to-end management of approximately120 residential properties
Coordinating maintenance, lease renewals, and rent reviews
Completing entry and exit condition reports as required
Liaising with landlords, tenants, and trades to ensure smooth tenancy operations
Working autonomously while being fully supported by established processes and systems
About You
Minimum4 years' experiencein residential property management
Confident working independently and managing your own portfolio
CurrentCertificate of Registration(essential)
Validdriver's licence
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
