About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead a focused retail service station with a pre-packaged food and convenient coffee offer.
This role is about retail performance and execution - growing convenience sales, maintaining strong in-store standards, and merchandising the store to maximise impulse purchases and customer flow.
You'll be hands-on, commercially minded, and focused on running a tight operation that delivers consistent results across 6-day trading.
What You'll Do
Lead the day-to-day operation of the store with a strong customer-first focus
Drive convenience sales growth through robust merchandising, range execution, and promotional activity
Maintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, and compliance
Lead,



coach and develop your team to deliver friendly, efficient service
Manage pre-packaged hot food and convenient coffee operations with a focus on speed, quality, and consistency
Monitor costs, stock control, waste, and labour to maximise profitability
Ensure safe operations across forecourt and shop environments
Build a positive team culture that supports performance and retention
What we're looking for
Proven experience in convenience retail, fuel retail, grocery, or QSR-style environments
Strong understanding of merchandising, range execution, and retail sales drivers
A hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and develop teams
Solid commercial awareness and confidence managing store KPIs
A practical, customer-focused approach to running a retail site
