About The Role
Providing and monitoring the care of residents
Using a systematic approach to clinical decision-making
Developing appropriate therapeutic and caring relationships
Collaborating with the health care team to achieve resident outcomes
Participating in the development of a supportive environment with the team
Qualifications
Relevant qualifications and AHPRA registration
Minimum of 12 months experience as a Registered Nurse (desirable in-charge)
Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
NDIS Workers Screen and or a National Police check (or willingness to obtain) prior to commencementAbility to communicate effectively with residents, families and all levels of staff
Robust passion for working with the elderly and dedication to professional growth
