The NSW Department of Communities and Justice (WFCS) is seeking a Senior Policy & Projects Officer – Service Design in Parramatta to lead policy reform and service design initiatives within WFCS.
This temporary full time role offers adaptable in-office arrangements (2–3 days per week).
You will combine policy work with human-centred design to deliver practical solutions for NSW communities, building capability across the division.
