Responsibilities
Lead end‐to‐end project management for global technical services initiatives (planning, execution, monitoring, and closure).
Coordinate with cross‐functional teams (engineering, operations, service delivery, and external partners).
Manage stakeholders across different regions and time zones, ensuring explicit communication and alignment.
Track project scope, timelines, resources, risks, and budget.
Drive process improvements and ensure adherence to project management standards and best practices.
Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues proactively to maintain project delivery.
Provide regular status updates and reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Requirements
5–8+ years of project management experience in a technical / IT / services setting.
Proven experience managing global or cross‐regional projects.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile,
Waterfall, or Hybrid).
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience using project tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, ServiceNow, or similar).
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‐paced workplace.
Nice‐to‐Have: Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum.
Nice‐to‐Have: Experience in technical services, post‐sales, or service delivery environments.
Nice‐to‐Have: Exposure to customer‐facing or client‐driven projects.
Nice‐to‐Have: Background in technology, telecom, SaaS, or consulting industries.
