Windermere is seeking a Family Services Practitioner to provide outreach and support to families in Casey, Cardinia and Greater Dandenong.
The role follows an integrated, evidence-informed model focusing on capacity building with parents to foster secure settings for children and young people.
You will be part of the Integrated Family Services team reporting to a Team Leader, with a hybrid mix of remote outreach and office work in Narre Warren or Pakenham.
