Blackout Restaurant & Lounge in Fitzroy, VIC is seeking an experienced pizza chef to join our busy kitchen team.
You will work in person, hand-stretch dough, manage dough proofing, and operate a woodfire oven to create authentic pizzas.
Key duties include stock management and ordering, maintaining an organized kitchen system, and showing punctual, passionate dedication.
Versatile weekend availability is required, with a full time, 8-hour afternoon/evening shifts.
