In this role you will supervise the front desk, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and motivate the team to uphold brand standards in a rapid-paced hotel setting.
You will collaborate with the General Manager, manage shift handovers, assist with rostering and stock control, and support end-of-month reporting and administration.
