This is a rare chance for an accomplished finance leader to step into a highly visible leadership role within a well regarded not for profit organisation.

Reporting directly to the CFO, you'll help shape financial strategy, lead a capable finance team and partner closely with the Executive Team and Board during a period of growth and transformation.

We're particularly interested in speaking with candidates from commercial settings who are looking to broaden their experience while continuing to operate at a strategic level or candidates with a background in commercial and not for profit.

As Interim Head of Finance, you will:
Partner with the CFO, CEO and Executive Team on strategic financial decisions
Lead budgeting, forecasting and long term financial planning
Develop financial models, business cases and scenario analysis
Deliver insightful executive and board reporting
Lead and develop and support the finance team across financial control, reporting and compliance
Oversee cashflow, risk management and governance processes
Support audit,



statutory reporting and funding compliance requirements
Drive process improvements, automation and finance transformation initiatives
Provide high quality business partnering and commercial advice across the organisation
Help ensure the long term financial sustainability of the organisation

About You

You may currently be a Senior Finance Manager, Head of Finance, Finance Director, or senior commercial finance leader looking for a unique prospect to broaden your experience.

You'll bring:
CA/CPA qualification
Proven senior finance leadership experience
Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling capability
Experience in supporting executives and presenting to boards
A track record of developing teams and improving performance
Robust commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
