A respected WA-based commercial builder is growing its delivery team and is seeking an experiencedContracts Administratorto support a consistent pipeline of metro-based commercial and education projects.
This role offers stability, structure, and the chance to work on projects that are properly planned and well resourced.
You'll be trusted to manage the commercial function day-to-day while working alongside supportive Project Managers and site teams.
What You'll Be Doing
Manage head contracts and subcontracts from award through to final account
Coordinate procurement, cost tracking, and commercial documentation
Prepare and assess variations, progress claims, and payment schedules
Work closely with Project Managers, consultants, and site teams
Maintain accurate records to support reporting and compliance
What We're Looking For




3+ years' experienceas a Contracts Administrator
Background in commercial and/or education sector projects
Solid understanding of WA contract administration and cost control
Experience withCHEOPS or Procorehighly regarded
Transparent communicator with solid attention to detail
Perth-based with full Australian working rights
