Labourforce is seeking an experienced Sideloader Operator for ongoing night-shift work at a busy distribution facility in Crestmead, Brisbane, QLD. This role is perfect for candidates with solid sideloader experience, especially in handling heavy and irregular freight.
As a Sideloader Operator, your duties will include:
Operating a sideloader (NOT basic forklift) safely and accurately
Loading and unloading trucks with heavy and irregular freight, including steel building components
Moving stock around the warehouse and yard via sideloader
Securing and positioning freight for dispatch
Assisting with daily yard operations as required
Following all WHS and site safety procedures
Requirements
Valid Sideloader License / High-Risk Forklift License
Proven sideloader experience, preferably in heavy freight environments
Ability to safely handle large, awkward loads
Robust focus on safety and teamwork
Reliable and punctual, especially for night shifts
