Key Duties and Responsibilities

· Support tender development and response evaluation in accordance with the ASDEFCON/AUSDEFCON suite and applicable procurement requirements.

· Provide commercial and procurement support across acquisition activities.

· Plan, organise and develop procurement documentation and coordinate required internal approvals.

· Support due diligence, subcontractor engagement and subcontractor management activities.

· Manage and report commercial risks, prospects, issues and dependencies.

· Support contractual, procurement, financial, pricing, billing and contract-administration activities.

· Provide program/project support and reporting aligned with project objectives and expected outcomes.

· Work collaboratively with project team members, contractors, client stakeholders and partner agencies.

· Take responsibility for assigned deliverables, apply critical thinking and contribute to project direction under broad guidance.

Mandatory Skills and Experience





· Current Australian Government NV1 security clearance and willingness/ability to uplift to NV2.

· Ability to work onsite in Canberra for at least 4 days per week.

· Robust background in commercial management, contract management, procurement or related acquisition support.

Requirements
Experience in Salesforce Vlocity platform using specifically Apex, LWC, Ominiscripts, Flexcards.

Integration procedure and DataRaptors.
Experience working with OOP, frameworks & design patterns.
Experience in building and working with integration (example REST APIs, Platform Events).
Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Ominstudio Developer certified.
Experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Health Cloud implementations.
Experience working with Source Control tools (e.g. GitLab) & package-based development
