We're on the hunt for apassionate, hands-on Head Chefto lead the kitchen at ahigh-volume pubin Ipswich.
Known for its quality pub classics, weekly specials, and vibrant atmosphere, we need a confident leader who thrives in a rapid-paced environment and can manage a motivated team.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a busy pub or similar venue
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage stock, control costs, and maintain kitchen standards
Passion for quality food, consistency, and presentation
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
Your Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations
Develop and execute seasonal menus and specials
Lead, train, and inspire a small team of chefs and kitchen hands




Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
Maintain cost control, ordering, and stock management
