Labourforce is currently seeking experienced Forklift Operators & Pickers with Counterbalance experience for an immediate start in Rochedale.

This is a Monday–Friday day shift/afternoon shift warehouse role suited to reliable operators who are confident with counterbalance forklift work, order picking and stock movement.

Shift & Pay

Day Shift: 6:00am – 2:00pm
Rate: $38/hr + Super

Afternoon Shift: 3:00pm - 11:00pm
Rate: $41.45/hr + Super

Start Date: Immediate

Forklift Operator Duties
Operating Counterbalance Forklift
Order picking and staging customer orders
Stock rotation and warehouse stock control
Put-away of inbound stock
Loading and moving pallets within the warehouse
General warehouse support duties

Forklift Operator Requirements
Current LF Forklift Licence
Proven Counterbalance forklift experience
Experience working in a warehouse workplace
Physically fit (lifting up to 20kg when required)
Willing to complete a pre-employment medical
Reliable and able to travel to Rochedale
