Job Description
Monitor and report capital expenditure (CapEx) against budgets and forecasts
Ensure accurate capitalisation of project costs in line with accounting standards
Maintain project cost structures, WBS, and financial tracking systems
Prepare monthly journals, accruals, reconciliations, and project reporting packs
Deliver variance analysis and insights on project performance and risks
Support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term capital planning
Partner closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Operations teams
Review contractor claims, purchase orders, and invoices for accuracy
Support project audits, governance, and compliance requirements
Manage WIP, capital commitments, and fixed asset processes
