The Role:
Overseeing a team of Accountants, you will be responsible for reviewing work and managing work flow, whilst delivering high level advice, whilst also mentoring Accountants at attending their own meetings and building rapport with clients.




The business' reputation draws enough recent business that business development isn't something that you specifically need to do, although being comfortable with this is a huge advantage.
About You:
7+ years' experience within Public Practice
Experience in reviewing work and managing a team
CA or CPA qualified
Proven ability to manage and build relationships with clients
Excellent interpersonal skills and self motivated
Hybrid working model with 2 days per week from home
