Your new role will see you work alongside an amazing and multi-talented team of software talents to provide online Forex trading capabilities to retail, high-net worth and institutional clients worldwide.
You will be working within an agile team in a adaptable and supportive setting where you will have the opportunity to not only learn and succeed, but to implement the latest technology in order to improve service delivery to the clients globally.
Your responsibilities
Conducting accurate business analysis, and optimizing the product and business process based on market trends and data mining
Working closely with the product and engineering team to find the point of the upgrade, and to set up a scientific indicator system in order to grow together with the operation team
Enhance the company's brand influence by integrating platform resources
Searching for more potential cooperation opportunities,analyzing industry patterns and collecting relevant market information
Undertaking various marketing, promotion and sales to lure in potential customers
What you'll need to succeed
Minimum 1 year experience with Internet product operation
Bachelor’s degree or above
Valuable command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Willingness to cooperate with other departments to grow together
Finance, computing and marketing sales background are preferred
Excellent communication skills, with strong negotiation and customer relations ability
Experience in using various Internet operations tools, and familiar with user conversion funnels
Ability to conduct business analysis and plan for product operation
