About the Role
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic PT Store Manager for our Bras N Things Armadale store.
This is a part‐time position at 25 hours per week.
Responsibilities
Lead by example to build an inclusive, high‐performing team, while driving budgets, KPIs and great customer experiences
Create a strong customer‐first workplace where every interaction reflects the brand and a consistently high level of service
Coach and develop your team through regular on‐the‐spot feedback, support and ongoing capability building
Execute visual merchandising in‐store, balancing brand guidelines, customer needs and store presentation with commercial judgement
Take ownership of stock processes and daily operations, keeping priorities transparent to support smooth day‐to‐day running
