As a Room Attendant, you will play a key role in delivering the polished, welcoming workplace our guests expect and love.

We are currently recruiting for a guest oriented and dedicated Room Attendant to join our friendly team on a casual basis.

As part of your day you will be responsible for the cleaning and resetting of our guest rooms, maintaining our cleaning trolleys and ensuring they always remain stocked and participating and supporting special cleaning projects as they arise.

Your work will directly impact the guest experience - helping them feel relaxed, valued, and at home.

The day-to-day:
Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to Novotel brand standards
Restock amenities and ensure room presentation is guest-ready
Report maintenance issues and lost property promptly
Work efficiently to meet daily room quotas and timelines
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in back-of-house housekeeping areas




Provide friendly and respectful interactions with guests and team members
Ensure health & safety protocols are followed at all times

Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred (hotels, hospitals, commercial cleaning, etc.)
Robust attention to detail and a commitment to high standards
Reliable, punctual, and physically fit for a hands-on role
Able to work independently and within a supportive team
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Friendly and respectful with a guest-first attitude
Ability to demonstrate and understand safe work practices
Experience working with chemicals
Safe manual handling techniques
