The role
Cook is at the heart of the restaurant.
You'll be prepping fresh food daily,
problem-solving on the line, and getting hands-on with vibrant Mexican flavours — using fresh ingredients to put out a genuinely excellent product for our regulars and new guests alike.

• Kitchen experience is a bonus, not a must
