Silverchain is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its inbound contact centre.
This full time role handles inbound calls from clients, care workers and stakeholders, delivering timely responses and outstanding service.
The position includes a 2–4 week training period at the Bella Vista office, then a versatile hybrid setup with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote weekly.
