About the Role
Lead daily kitchen operations and service
Manage and mentor kitchen staff
Oversee menu planning, stock control, and food costs
Cater for functions, events, and group bookings

Requirements
Minimum 2+ years' experience as a Head Chef
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Experience catering for functions & events




Ability to work well under pressure
Positive attitude and team-focused approach
Willingness to live and work in a regional area of Australia
