Initial Hygiene is looking for an enthusiastic, natural-born problem solver with a great attitude to join our team as a Hygiene Installer on a full time, permanent basis.

What You'll Be Doing
Product Maintenance & Installation: Perform installations, repairs, and removals of our products within customer washrooms.

This includes First Aid servicing, steam treatments, hardware setups, and item replacements for example
Route Management: Work efficiently to a planned schedule within your assigned zone.
Customer Service: Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, liaising effectively with both internal stakeholders and external contacts.
Quality & Improvement: Stay aware of client needs on-site and spot opportunities to improve service standards.
Mainly covering the Northern Suburbs and all the way out to Bendigo, Seymour area

What We Need From You
We take care of all the training, but you will need:
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
Current Working with Children Check (or the ability to obtain one)
Confidence using mobile phone apps and tablets for daily scheduling and service logging
Solid communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
Willingness to complete pre-employment checks, including a medical assessment, references, and a police check
