The Role

As Financial Controller, you will be a dedicated 2IC to the CFO and ensure smooth day to day running for the finance function, and wider business.
Oversee accounting operations and ensure the timely and accurate delivery of all financial reporting obligations.
Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, partnering with key stakeholders to align financial plans with business objectives and strategic priorities.
Manage all taxation, compliance, and external audit requirements, ensuring adherence to relevant regulatory standards.
Oversee quarterly consolidated cash flow reporting and group consolidations, providing meaningful insights to support executive decision-making.

Your Profile

A proactive and hands-on leader,



you will be a self-starter with a genuine desire to drive business performance and influence strategic outcomes.

Previous experience within an ASX-listed setting and leadership of high-performing finance teams will be highly regarded.
Proven experience as a Financial Controller, ideally within an ASX-listed or similarly complex reporting environment.
CA or CPA qualified, with strong technical accounting and financial reporting expertise.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and evolving setting, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes.
Demonstrated ability to build robust stakeholder relationships and partner across the business to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and commercial priorities.
