The Position
Preparing and serving coffee, beverages, and basic food preparation
Guide and lead the team throughout their shift
Assisting the Lounge Manager with day-to-day operations
Maintain focus on providing excellent guest experience at all times
Lead, mentor and train the food & beverage team

The Person
A current RSA




Willingness to obtain Responsible Management of Licensed Venues (RMLV)/Approved Manager certification
Experience with Food & Beverage
Own reliable transport is preferred
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high standards
Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
Safety mindset
Well-groomed and skilled in appearance.
Contribute to the team with solid communication skills, high energy and a goal oriented focus
