This role is responsible for the successful coordination of functions, including client (internal and external) liasion, dining operations and function marketing materials.

THE POSITION
Supervise daily food and beverage service across dining areas and events.
Lead and support a team of catering staff to ensure high service standards.
Monitor compliance with food safety, hygiene, and presentation standards.
Liaise with school staff and stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery.
THE PERSON
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Able to communicate effectively in the workplace amongst colleagues and clients
Proven experience providing a warm, friendly and welcoming service to customers and clients
Has Responsible Service of Alcohol
Sound knowledge of food safety, hygiene, allergen awareness and service standards.
Experienced in multiple styles of catering
Organised, reliable, and confident managing service in a busy setting.
