Backed by a global parent and operating locally with the agility of a scale‑up, the organisation delivers cutting‑edge software and analytics solutions that enhance energy performance, asset reliability, and sustainability outcomes across complex built environments.

To support continued growth, they are seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to accelerate new customer acquisition and expand their footprint across commercial real estate, healthcare, hotels, and other building‑intensive sectors. You will take ownership of generating, developing, and closing new business opportunities while building a strong presence across priority sectors.

The Role

- Build and progress a strong pipeline of new opportunities
- Run full sales cycles from outreach to close
- Identify recent markets and high‑value segments




- Develop tailored proposals with internal stakeholders
- Support growth targets and market expansion initiatives

About You

- 5+ years in B2B business development within building analytics, energy management, sustainability technology, building software or similar
- Skilled in enterprise sales with multiple decision‑makers
- Strong commercial judgement and consultative selling ability
- Comfortable collaborating with technical teams
- Clear communicator with a data‑informed approach
- Proactive, resilient, and motivated by scaling a high‑growth business
