About the role

- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resources.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk registers, and budgets.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment.
- Oversee procurement, vendor engagement, and contract management as required for project delivery.

About You





- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in project management within the banking or financial services sector.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, IT, or a related field.
- Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with digital transformation or core banking system projects is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with APRA, ASIC, and financial industry regulatory requirements.
