If you’re looking for the next stamp in your career passport, we’re looking for an experienced Part‑Time Sales Travel Consultant for our Rundle Mall store who is keen to dazzle, discover and delight our customers.

Responsibilities

- Work part‑time on site in one of our retail stores – hours to be discussed.
- Plan itineraries, book travel and convert enquiries into bookings in person, over the phone and via email for our customers.
- Work towards individual KPIs and sales targets by selling the whole holiday including flights, accommodation, car hire, tours, travel insurance, cruises, transfers and more.
- Build a customer base of current and returning customers from regular domestic bookings to lavish international holidays and everything in between.
- Be the expert and assist customers with travel‑related questions including visas, best time of year to travel, packing, dining, safety and more.




- Earn a base wage plus an uncapped incentive payment structure where you earn a percentage of every sale.

Qualifications

- Experienced travel consultant with a history of selling travel and meeting KPIs.
- Seasoned traveller with a history of international destinations and a strong network of travel recommendations.
- Great organisational skills, able to take notes, manage a calendar and respond quickly to customer calls and emails.
- Determination to meet sales targets while balancing workload in a high‑pressure environment.
- Enthusiasm, passion and warmth that makes customers want to book with you.
- Computer savviness, able to toggle between various complex systems when finding the right flight and package options for customers.
