Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing hotel operations during the night shift, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational efficiency, and a safe and secure setting for our guests and Heartists.

Working hours are primarily 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, including weekends and public holidays as required.

Job Description

- Support and lead the Night Audit and Front Office operations during overnight shifts.
- Deliver exceptional guest service and handle guest enquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
- Complete Night Audit procedures and ensure all daily financial reconciliations are completed accurately.
- Manage guest arrivals, departures, and room allocations.
- Ensure hotel security procedures and emergency response protocols are followed.
- Act as the senior hotel representative overnight and make operational decisions as required.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure smooth hotel operations.
- Assist with training and development of Front Office team members.
- Maintain high standards of presentation, professionalism,



and service delivery.

Qualifications

- Previous Front Office supervisory or leadership experience within a hotel environment.
- Experience using Opera PMS (preferred).
- Strong understanding of Night Audit procedures.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and confidently manage overnight hotel operations.
- Strong attention to detail and financial accuracy.
- Full working rights in Australia.
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Immaculate grooming and professional presentation.
