About The Role
- Community Registered Nurse Position.
- Experienced in creating health plans, training and assessing competencies of support workers, wound care, catheter care.
- Strong clinical and communication skills.
- Reliable, skilled, and compassionate approach to care.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor of Nursing and a minimum of 2 years experience working as a Registered Nurse.
- Experience in a Community RN role.
- Experience in nasogastric tube care, tracheostomy care, ventilator care, medication management, wound care, suctioning, and feeding machine.
- Ability to provide comprehensive and coordinated nursing services in the general practice setting.
- Demonstrated ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team with highly developed communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in aged care or community services.
