- Full Time Permanent Position
- Level 4 | Salary from $80,660 to $86,299 per annum, plus superannuation
- A great opportunity for an administration skilled to join our Community Safety & Emergency Management team

About the Position
The City’s Community Safety & Emergency Management (CSEM) administration team is responsible for providing administration and support for the service unit. We are seeking an experienced administrative professional with a strong team work ethic, exceptional customer service and organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise competing tasks. This role is responsible for:

- Processing of Infringement data files and correspondence
- Answering telephone Infringement and Community Safety enquiries
- Maintaining relevant registers, databases and systems, ensuring that information is accurate & stored correctly; and
- Providing accurate & timely administrative support services

About You
As a collaborative member of the CSEM team, you will deliver accurate and consistent work within an workplace that includes changing and competing priorities and tight timeframes.

To be successful in this role, you will be an adaptable and an experienced administrative professional, and able to thrive working in a very busy and change driven service unit and organisation. As such, you will be able to demonstrate through your CV and covering letter that you meet the following capabilities:

- Qualification in Business Administration or relevant administration experience;
- Experience in infringement administration is desirable
- Outstanding customer service and ability to deal with difficult customers
- Skills in the efficient utilisation of information systems and technology; and
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
