Join the dynamic team at Pedders Suspension Cairns' as a full-time Workshop Technician. Based in Cairns, QLD 4870, this role will see you working on a wide range of vehicle suspension and braking systems, ensuring our customers' vehicles are operating at their best.
What you'll be doing
1. Diagnose and repair customer vehicles to a high standard
2. Carry out scheduled vehicle inspections and maintenance repairs on vehicles
3. Provide excellent customer service throughout the repair process
4. Maintain a clean and organised workshop environment
5. Comply with all health and safety policies and procedures
6. Assist with training and mentoring less experienced technicians
What we're looking for
1. Relevant trade qualifications in Automotive Mechanics or Automotive Technician
2. Proven experience as a Workshop Technician or Mechanic, ideally in the automotive suspension and brakes industry
3. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
4. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality work
5.
Good customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers
6. A full current drivers licence and your own transport.
