We are looking for an organised, people-focused People & Culture Administrator to join our team. In this role you'll provide essential administrative support across the employee lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records

- Assist in the preparation of P&C; reports and workforce data analysis

- Process employee change documentation, such as promotions, transfers and agreement amendments

- Prepare employment agreements in alignment with relevant Awards, Enterprise Agreements and legislation

- Support P&C; projects and initiatives such as employee engagement programs and diversity and inclusion initiatives

- Manage the roster exception process including completing daily timesheet changes in accordance with productions operations

- Raise purchase orders for labour hire, training and others as required

- Assist with payroll related queries, audits and reporting requirements

- Provide support to the People & Culture team as required

What we are looking for

- Proven administration experience, advantageous if experience working in a Human Resources function

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills





- Well-developed time management and organisational skills

- Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy

- Experience using HRIS and Payroll packages, in particular Chris21 and Kronos would be an advantage
