The Roles Available

The team is expanding and seeking:

- Senior Associate – recently promoted up to ~3 years post‑promotion
- Associate – 3–5 years PAE

These roles sit within a high-performing group known for complex, strategic matters and strong mentorship.

The Work You’ll Be Doing

You’ll advise on a diverse and high‑calibre portfolio of matters, including:

- Unregulated M&A; and joint ventures
- Oil & gas transactions and project development
- Strategic cross‑border matters
- Broader energy sector work spanning renewables and decarbonisation initiatives

What You Bring

We’re looking for lawyers with:

- Minimum 3 years' PAE in corporate, energy or resources
- Excellent drafting and advisory skills with strong commercial instincts
- Experience or genuine interest in oil & gas, JVs and cross‑border work
- A proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a team environment
