What We’re Looking For

- 5+ years in managed services or enterprise IT
- Microsoft Azure certifications (AZ-104 or higher)
- Hands-on experience with M365, Intune, Defender

Lead Dynamics 365 Business Central and CRM implementations for mid-market Melbourne clients — from discovery and design through to training and go-live support.

What We’re Looking For

- 3+ years D365 BC or NAV implementation experience
- Functional knowledge of finance, supply chain, or manufacturing modules
- Strong client-facing and project management skills

Own the security posture of our managed client portfolio — monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, and security awareness programmes.

What We’re Looking For

- 3+ years in cybersecurity operations
- Experience with SIEM, EDR, email security platforms
- Familiarity with Australian regulatory requirements (Privacy Act, Essential 8)
- Security certifications (CompTIA Security+, SC-200, or similar)
