Champ Group is seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to lead a trades team on a 7/7 dayshift roster at our Central Queensland operations. This role reports to the Facilities Manager and requires proactive leadership, robust technical knowledge and a focus on safety and compliance.
You will oversee maintenance activities, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure compliance with site and legislative standards while fostering client relationships and a positive team culture.
