Aesop, a global retailer, is opening a new store in Robina in mid‑2026 and is seeking a Store Manager to lead and drive the team.

Purpose of the Role

As Store Manager at Aesop Robina you will be responsible for the overall success of the business through operations, budgeting, store‑specific marketing, building the client base and managing a team of Retail Consultants on a full‑time, Tuesday–Saturday roster.

Responsibilities

- Drive the overall success of the business via operations and stakeholder relationships in a new business and location.
- Manage budgeting, store‑specific marketing, and building the store's client base.
- Oversee daily activities of a team of Retail Consultants and choreograph team operations.

- Management experience within customer, retail, or hospitality service environments.
- Proven track record of effective selling skills and ability to drive commercial outcomes.
- History of successfully leading and coaching a team, creating an inclusive and psychologically safe work environment.
- Demonstrated ability to use empathy to manage interpersonal relationships.
- Open mindset and deep curiosity to understand others, listen without judgement and act on diverse perspectives.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, commercial acumen and merchandising skills.
