Sous Chef and Chef Commis at Sittella Winery & Restaurant
Sittella Winery & Restaurant is looking for a SOUS CHEF and a CHEF COMMIS, to assist our Head Chef and help run the kitchen. The restaurant has a very valuable reputation, and is located in the Swan Valley. The position is 5 days a week and is almost entirely LUNCH SERVICE.
It is expected that you will contribute to menu development and to help mentor the more Junior Chefs.
Some night work required in rotation for weddings in season.
