Location: Wingfield, SA
Pay Rate: $50-$55/hr + Super | Permanent Full-Time
Hours: Monday-Friday | 7:30am-3:30pm | No Weekend Work

The Opportunity
- Lead, mentor and support a team of workshop technicians and apprentices
- 80% hands-on mechanical work | 20% workshop coordination
- Service, maintain and repair premium earthmoving and mobile plant equipment
- Diagnose complex faults and provide technical support to the team
- Allocate work and coordinate daily workshop activities
- Monitor productivity and ensure quality workmanship and on-time completion
- Liaise with customers on repair progress and technical advice
- Complete service reports and workshop documentation
- Promote a strong safety culture and maintain WHS compliance
- Work in a modern,
clean OEM workshop with quality tooling
What You'll Bring
- Trade qualification as a Heavy Diesel, Mobile Plant or Diesel Mechanic
- Experience as a Leading Hand, Senior Technician or Workshop Supervisor
- Robust background working on earthmoving, construction or civil equipment
- Excellent diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Current Driver's Licence
- Forklift, White Card or High-Risk Work Licence (advantageous)
