We are looking for Full-time team members and an Assistant Manager at Zambrero Melrose Park!

Australian work rights are required for this position.

Applicants must be 15 years of age or older.

We are looking for staff that can work at anytime on a rotating roster who are looking to either start a career or move forward.

If you have Hospo Experience then this a good way to move up the ladder.

Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not required for this role.

We provide full training and you will learn many current skills that will be with you for life.

Key Responsibilities

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

Training & Development

- Onboarding and training team members
- Conducting performance reviews and supporting career development
- Recruitment and induction

Team Management

- Assist the store manager with rostering and shift changes
- Building a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture

Customer Experience

- Ensuring high-quality, great-tasting food that is well presented and expertly prepared
- Delivering fast, friendly, and memorable customer service

Administration

- Cash handling, banking, POS systems





Operations

- Cost control, stock ordering, and inventory management
- Maintaining OHS standards and supporting local marketing initiatives

Skills & Experience

- Previous experience in a management role desirable but not essential (for Assistant Store Manager positions)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Experience with administration, cash handling, and POS systems
- A positive, engaged attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
